Briohny, a well-known former singer from the 90s who now works as a yoga instructor in Los Angeles, USA, has decided to take legal action against a foreign airline following a frightening ordeal aboard an aircraft.
The lawsuit was officially filed on July 24 in a U.S. court in Los Angeles. According to the court documents, the unexpected incident took place on July 28, 2024, while she was traveling on a flight.
During the journey, she consumed her meal normally before immediately feeling sharp pain, severe coughing, and frightening choking sensations. She spent the rest of the trip attempting to expel the foreign object until she finally managed to cough out a sharp piece of wood measuring approximately 1.5 inches in length.

The legal action demands compensation covering past and future medical bills, lost wages and earning capacity, damages for emotional distress resulting from physical injury, as well as legal fees and statutory interest.
