Made in Korea Season 2 Premieres September 9 with High Stakes

Excitement reaches a fever pitch as the acclaimed publication TIME highlights this blockbuster production as one of the most anticipated Korean series of 2026. The second season continues the gripping saga of Baek Ki-tae, who seized supreme power after framing righteous prosecutor Jang Gun-young.

Now serving as the deputy director of the KCIA, Ki-tae has expanded his dark empire and illicit business networks across the region. However, as the political landscape begins to fracture, Gun-young emerges from nine years in the shadows, fully prepared to settle the score. This high-octane continuation promises blistering pacing where both adversaries are willing to break every rule and cross every line to eliminate each other.

The stellar main cast returns with powerhouse performances, led by Hyun Bin as Baek Ki-tae, clashing head-on with veteran actor Jung Woo-sung as former prosecutor Jang Gun-young. They are joined by Woo Do-hwan reprising his role as Baek Ki-hyeon, Ki-tae's younger brother. The creative team also returns, featuring writer Park Eun-kyo and director Woo Min-ho, produced by the renowned studio Hive Media Corp.
