Hyundai Denies Humanoid Robot Plans Are Connected to Labor Dispute
Executives of the major automaker confirm the robotics project has no connection to ongoing negotiations with the volatile labor union.

Following concerns raised by the labor union warning the automaker that the implementation of any form of robotics must first go through a joint negotiation process, Hyundai has recently countered and clarified that its development plans are proceeding as usual.

Hyundai continues to study and develop humanoid robots, affirming that the primary goal is to increase efficiency within the production line and that there is no intention to use them to pressure or replace human labor as accused.
