The legal battle surrounding the election of employer and insured representatives has reached a definitive milestone as the Central Administrative Court ruled to revoke the announcement that previously delayed the Social Security Board election. This judicial decision ensures all electoral processes must resume according to the original calendar, setting the polling date for September 27, 2026.
Speaking after leaving the courtroom at 3:35 PM, representatives of the Progressive Social Security team announced their victory in the legal challenge. The court's primary ruling noted that the suspension announcement failed to meet the exceptional criteria of urgent necessity stipulated by Ministry of Labor regulations.
