Anutin Visits OTOP Fair for the Fourth Time, Jumps on Stage to Sing and Dance

On August 12, 2026, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Anutin Charnvirakul used the National Mother's Day holiday to visit the "Silapacheep Prateep Thai OTOP" fair for the year 2026, held at Challenger Halls 1-3, IMPACT Muang Thong Thani. This marked his fourth visit to the venue, following inspections on August 8 and August 9, as well as officiating the grand opening ceremony on August 10.

The atmosphere at the exhibition turned lively and cheerful when the Prime Minister took to the stage to sing alongside The Palace band. At times, he extended the microphone to the audience so they could sing along. He also shared dance moments with the youths visiting the event, adding color and excitement for attendees during the holiday.

Multiple visits to the same OTOP exhibition highlight the government's emphasis on grassroots economic stimulation and the promotion of local Thai wisdom products. The Silapacheep Prateep Thai OTOP event is a major annual exhibition generating substantial revenue for community enterprises nationwide. Frequent appearances by the nation's leader help boost morale among local producers and attract larger crowds to support domestic goods.

The Silapacheep Prateep Thai OTOP 2026 exhibition features crafts, community goods, and regional products from across the country, welcoming shoppers and visitors through August 16 at Challenger Halls 1-3, IMPACT Muang Thong Thani.
