The National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) has officially released the asset and debt declaration statement of prominent politician Chaichana Dechdecho. The report indicates that Mr. Chaichana has reported his divorce status since 2021 and holds total assets valued at 66,854,713.70 baht. Concurrently, his total liabilities were recorded at 28,298,253.67 baht, which includes 7,953.81 baht in bank overdrafts and 28,290,299.86 baht in loans from financial institutions.
A breakdown of the reported assets reveals three bank accounts holding a combined total of 38,313.70 baht, 15 plots of land located in Nakhon Si Thammarat province valued at 23,713,400 baht, six houses and structures valued at 40,500,000 baht, and other miscellaneous assets worth 2,603,000 baht.

Among the notable high-value real estate holdings are land plots in Ron Phibun district, Nakhon Si Thammarat, covering 18 rai and 0.1 square wah valued at 7,230,000 baht; another land plot in Ron Phibun spanning 1 rai and 2 ngan valued at 3,800,000 baht; and a plot in Mueang Nakhon Si Thammarat district covering 1 rai and 87.5 square wah valued at 2,812,500 baht.
Other valuable real estate and luxury possessions highlighted in the report include:
- A residential house in Mueang Nakhon Si Thammarat district valued at 20,000,000 baht
- A condominium unit located on Ladprao Soi 24 in Bangkok valued at 10,000,000 baht
- A two-story commercial building comprising two units in Mueang Nakhon Si Thammarat valued at 5,000,000 baht
- A pair of elephant tusks valued at 100,000 baht
- A luxury Patek Philippe wristwatch model 5230g-014 valued at 900,000 baht
- A Patek Philippe Geneve wristwatch valued at 1,000,000 baht

His annual expenditures were recorded at 5,451,590 baht, which encompassed 133,200 baht for living expenses, 2,232,800 baht for mortgage payments, 180,000 baht for credit card installments, 1,555,590 baht for life insurance premiums, and 1,000,000 baht allocated for purchasing assets and watches.
