  • The SIP 2026 program is organized for the fourth consecutive year by UOB FinLab and Techsauce.
  • It focuses on integrating AI and sustainability strategies for regional business scaling.
  • Participants engage in hands-on workshops ranging from business strategy to financial management.

As the business world shifts rapidly, entrepreneurs face intense competition, rising costs, and market expansion hurdles while striving for long-term resilience. This challenge inspired the Sustainability Innovation Programme 2026, or SIP 2026 by UOB FinLab, organized for its fourth year through a collaboration between UOB FinLab and Techsauce under the theme AI-Powered Sustainability: Scaling SMEs for Regional Growth.

Throughout the program, participants go beyond traditional lectures by testing real tools, exchanging insights with experts, and translating knowledge into actionable business plans. The journey kicked off with an Open House event at UOB Plaza, introducing the role of AI and innovation in building a robust entrepreneurial ecosystem.

"A strategic tool to analyze business challenges, discover new opportunities, and build a New S-Curve for the organization."

Integrating AI into modern business operations is no longer distant, but data readiness remains the crucial first step. If internal data structures are poorly organized, even the most advanced AI cannot extract optimal value. Therefore, entrepreneurs must prioritize data management before scaling up advanced technologies.

In Module 2: Sustainable Execution held at True Digital Park, participants gained insights into corporate management from Sunsern Samaisut, Group Chief Information Officer of Charoen Pokphand Group and Managing Director of Axon, who highlighted systematic design and technology adoption, followed by an exclusive tour of the CP Innovation for Sustainability Center to observe practical sustainability innovations.

Concluding the journey in Module 3: Business Take-off, entrepreneurs learned cash flow management from Chakkapat Nusalar, Executive Director of ThinkMate Business Advisory, and gained investor perspectives from Natavudh Pungcharoenpong, Managing Partner at BMB Capital Partners, regarding what investors look for in F&B and health-related businesses.
