Nirat addressed concerns raised by local administrative organizations regarding the local government examination lists, noting that Deputy Minister of Interior Worasit Liengprasert expressed a desire to reassure municipalities, provincial administrative organizations (PAOs), and sub-district administrative organizations (SAOs) in the field. He confirmed that the roster originated from inspections conducted by Srinakharinwirot University's (SWU) contracted company.
Despite previous challenges between SWU and the Department of Local Administration (DOLA), the process began correctly. Furthermore, the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) and the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) utilized and certified the exact same roster. To ensure absolute accuracy, DOLA additionally cross-examined the list manually alongside machine verification over a period of more than ten days, completing four total verification rounds using the identical database.

Regarding information distribution, Nirat explained that after receiving certification from committees such as the Central Committee of Local Government Personnel Officers (Ghashat) and the central committee, confidential documents are dispatched from the center to provincial local personnel committees nationwide. Each province schedules meetings between August 18 and August 28, involving three local committees per province: SAO, municipal, and PAO committees.
The strict confidentiality and restricted access during provincial committee meetings stem from privacy regulations. Since the score records involve tens of thousands of individual candidates, publishing raw scores on public social media channels would violate personal data protection laws and risk legal action, requiring authorities to handle the documentation with utmost legal caution.
Addressing the underlying anxiety among local administrators who had not yet seen actual score sheets, Nirat cited the example of Lamphun PAO President Veeradech Phupisit, who initially harbored concerns before attending Lamphun's provincial committee meeting on August 18. Upon reviewing the complete documents in the meeting, local leaders gained full confidence. Nirat concluded that what was once considered a hot potato for local executives has significantly cooled down thanks to meticulous screening by DOLA and related committees.
