The artificial intelligence GPU neocloud market in 2026 features intense competition among five key players: CoreWeave, Nebius, Lambda, Crusoe, and Groq. Each provider differentiates itself through pricing structures, contracted power capacity, and hardware architectures tailored for enterprise AI workloads.
Nebius Group (Nasdaq: NBIS) reported Q2 2026 group revenue of $582.3 million, marking a 454% year-over-year increase, with AI cloud revenue reaching $574.9 million. The company raised its year-end 2026 contracted power target to 5 GW, bolstered by a multi-billion dollar agreement with Meta for dedicated clusters starting in early 2027.

Private cloud provider Lambda closed a Series E round of over $1.5 billion in November 2025 led by TWG Global, alongside a $1 billion senior secured credit facility in May 2026. Michel Combes assumed the role of CEO in May 2026, while co-founder Stephen Balaban transitioned to CTO. Lambda also maintains a multi-year, multi-billion-dollar agreement with Microsoft involving tens of thousands of NVIDIA GPUs, including GB300 NVL72 systems.
Meanwhile, Crusoe raised a $1.375 billion Series E at a valuation exceeding $10 billion in October 2025 and is in discussions to raise roughly $3 billion at a near-$30 billion valuation. Crusoe develops the 1.2 GW Abilene campus in Texas for Oracle and OpenAI, and announced an additional 900 MW campus for Microsoft, bringing its contracted AI infrastructure across five US campuses to 4.9 GW.

The rapid expansion of these neoclouds highlights the sustained enterprise demand for advanced AI compute infrastructure. As the industry transitions toward next-generation architectures like Blackwell and Vera Rubin, providers must commit substantial capital expenditure toward both high-performance accelerators and reliable power grid access to support frontier-scale training.
Regarding pricing models, CoreWeave charges a premium with an H100 rate of $6.16 per GPU-hour, sitting roughly 60% above Nebius and Lambda while operating closer to major hyperscalers. Nebius undercuts CoreWeave on Blackwell chips with a $7.15 B200 rate and stands as the sole provider offering a public B300 on-demand rate. Lambda holds the cheapest published B200 instance at $6.69, while Crusoe distinguishes itself as the only provider offering AMD Instinct MI300X on its public card and the lowest published H200 rate at $4.29 per hour.
