Autonomous trucking company Gatik has secured $200 million in Series D funding to expand its driverless freight operations across North America. The funding round was led by Qatar Investment Authority and Koch Disruptive Technologies, with participation from Millennium Management, ARK Invest, and Intact Private Capital.
The company announced it holds more than $600 million in contracted revenue and has completed 85,000 fully driverless orders. Furthermore, Gatik reported a 99 percent on-time delivery rate across its operational network.
Its commercial trucks currently transport goods between distribution centers and retail stores across regional networks in Texas, Arizona, Arkansas, and Canada. Gatik operates dozens of fully driverless trucks and plans to scale the fleet to thousands over the coming years.

A company spokesperson told Reuters that Gatik is targeting more than 100 driverless trucks by the end of 2026. The firm intends to allocate the new capital toward expanding commercial operations and growing its fleet, alongside continued investments in technology, infrastructure, and workforce.
This substantial Series D funding round underscores strong institutional confidence in B2B middle-mile logistics models. By focusing on repetitive warehouse-to-store routes rather than unpredictable last-mile consumer delivery, autonomous freight providers can streamline regulatory approvals and scale commercial deployments much faster with enterprise partners.
Gatik's proprietary autonomous vehicle system, known as Gatik Driver, is engineered for regional freight routes spanning highways and surface streets, operating entirely without a human driver or safety observer on board.
