A critical focus of the discussion centers on allegations that an injured civilian was shot by a reconnaissance helicopter. Montian asserted that the committee must uncover the exact truth behind this claim to ensure public reassurance.

Reflecting on statistical data over the past 22 years, the committee chairman noted that more than 10,000 incidents have occurred.
