The inspection took place in the upper Gulf of Thailand area in Sattahip District, Chonburi Province, focusing on reviewing the operational capabilities of the naval forces and modern military technologies deployed to secure maritime borders.

During the visit, the delegation boarded the HTMS Chakri Naruebet aircraft carrier to observe the naval drills firsthand, receiving operational briefings and witnessing live demonstrations of maritime combat operations, including shore-support gunfire from naval artillery and aircraft.
Using the HTMS Chakri Naruebet as a command platform for unmanned vehicles highlights the Royal Thai Navy's modernization efforts. Integrating autonomous systems into naval fleets significantly reduces human risk while expanding tactical surveillance and strike ranges.
The program also featured an exhibition displaying unmanned aerial vehicles and uncrewed surface vessels, demonstrating how innovation is being integrated to enhance surveillance effectiveness and maritime patrol capabilities.
Following the activities aboard the carrier, the delegation proceeded to Royal Thai Navy Training Ground No. 15 (Haad Yao) to inspect the navy's disaster relief command center, emphasizing inter-agency coordination for public safety and emergency response.
