Formula 1 driver Lando Norris has committed his long-term future to McLaren by signing a contract extension that will keep him with the team until at least the end of 2030. The British driver admitted that committing to the new deal was an easy choice despite having more than a year remaining on his previous contract.
Discussions regarding the extension developed quietly in the background over a four-month period, and Norris experienced zero hesitation in putting pen to paper. His loyalty is deeply rooted in strong internal relationships with CEO Zak Brown and team principal Andrea Stella, alongside a shared history that dates back to his F1 debut in 2019.
