Thorough investigation revealed that the first photo was a distant shot taken from another vessel by Dada's younger brother and posted by Dada herself. The image showed no one standing at the bow, yet it was referenced in the legal file as Kratik's boat, claiming Kratik stood at the bow while Tangmo took the picture. In reality, the people on that boat had no connection to the case and only discovered today that their images were pieced together and misrepresented.

The second photograph, when zoomed in, highlighted a person at the bow who was allegedly claimed to be Kratik, with Tangmo acting as the photographer. This definitively proved it was a different vessel, inconsistent in timing, and carried a completely different group of people.
