Well-known Thai TV host Noom Kanchai has announced his upcoming court appearance on September 17 to face opposing party Pu Manthana for the very first time. During previous preliminary hearings, he consistently delegated legal representations to his lawyer Pornsak Viphaaphaphan. The upcoming date is scheduled for witness examination, where the TV host maintains he is fully prepared to let the judicial process take its course.
Kanchai stated that the court has officially accepted five out of six filed lawsuits. He explained that pursuing legal action is a necessary step to protect his rights after working in the media industry and hosting his prominent talk show for nearly a decade.
