Suksornruay revealed a major grassroots economic initiative aimed at alleviating financial burdens for local citizens, as the National Village and Urban Community Fund Office (VFO) has integrated its operations with the Ministry of Interior.
This collaboration leverages the Department of Provincial Administration to support public relations efforts for the Thai-help-Thai increased capital and half-interest project. District chiefs, serving as chairs of district-level fund subcommittees, have been instructed to expedite funding requests from local village funds.

Furthermore, local administrative personnel including district chiefs, kamnans, and village heads are tasked with broadcasting project details through various administrative channels, which include:
- Monthly district-level head of government agency meetings
- Monthly kamnan and village head meetings
- Regular village assemblies
- Public announcement towers broadcasting across all villages nationwide
Village funds represent one of the most extensive grassroots financial networks in Thailand. Engaging local administrative leaders and public broadcast towers is a vital strategy to breach information barriers in remote areas, where residents frequently struggle with systemic financial access and fall prey to high-interest informal loans.
