British luxury carmaker Aston Martin and historic motorcycle brand Brough Superior have extended their ongoing partnership by unveiling the AMB 002 Roadster, marking the first time their collaborative two-wheeler has been fully designed and certified for public road use.
The new model serves as a natural evolution following the track-only AMB 001 introduced in 2019 and the AMB 001 Pro released in 2022. Developed entirely from scratch rather than being adapted from its predecessors, the roadster will see a strict production run capped at 300 individually built examples, with initial customer deliveries scheduled to commence in the third quarter of 2027.

The roadster combines compact proportions with sculpted carbon fiber bodywork meticulously shaped by the Aston Martin Design Studio. A smooth carbon fiber fuel tank rises seamlessly toward the rider, while crescent-shaped cooling vents carved into the side fairings efficiently channel airflow around the engine compartment.
Automotive design cues resonate throughout the chassis, including Aston Martin’s signature side strake running through the fairing to wrap around the headlamp. Twin oval exhaust tips draw inspiration from the Vanquish, DB12 S, and DBX S models, whereas blade-like rear lights pay homage to the Vulcan, Valkyrie, and Valhalla hypercars. Modern amenities such as keyless ignition, a backlit start button, and hand-finished leather saddle pads elevate the road-going experience.
Transitioning from track-exclusive collectibles to road-legal superbikes represents a strategic leap for luxury automotive brands into the high-end motorcycle segment, combining elite motorsport aesthetics with everyday usability for collectors and enthusiasts alike.
At the mechanical core of the AMB 002 sits an all-new 1,083cc four-stroke water-cooled V-twin engine, generating 130 bhp and 110 Nm of torque. Engineered specifically for robust low- and mid-range throttle response on open roads, the powerplant is machined and assembled entirely in-house at Brough Superior’s headquarters in Toulouse, France.
The engine rests firmly inside a titanium backbone frame milled from a solid billet, weighing a mere five kilograms while achieving an optimal 50:50 weight distribution. Every single motorcycle will be hand-assembled in Toulouse, blending lightweight carbon and titanium components with traditional craftsmanship. While pricing details remain unannounced, official orders are currently open ahead of the Q3 2027 delivery timeline.
