Suphachai noted that he had long been a fan of Nanthana's humorous talk show appearances from her satirical parliament days, asserting that she remains completely consistent in her speech regardless of her current status.
Suphachai clarified that his recent remarks were not made to defend any single individual, but rather to protect the Bhumjaithai Party and nine of its members after iLaw and opposition parties revived old accusations linking them to Senate-rigging. He questioned how the procedures followed by the People's Senator group—or the Orange Senators—differed from those accusations, pointing out that their steps from district to national levels followed the exact same pattern.
The controversy surrounding Senate selection methods and allegations of systematic coordination remains a critical flashpoint in Thai politics. "I am not a docked-tail dog, nor do I see a tail on you, Senator. But certainly, I am not in your faction. If you are entirely pure and secured your Senate seat purely through popularity and your talk show fame without any orchestration, you have no need to panic. As a public figure, you must be ready for scrutiny and respect the decisions of authorized legal bodies. Let the legal mechanisms run their course and do not be so anxious."
