Custom motorcycle studio Bandit9, founded by Daryl Villanueva, has announced a collaboration with global health organization (RED) to introduce the (RED)800. This hand-built, limited-edition motorcycle combines high-performance mechanical engineering with bespoke sculptural bodywork. Limited to just nine units globally, the vehicle serves as a rolling piece of collectible art.
Beyond its striking aesthetics, the project carries a philanthropic mission. A portion of the proceeds from each motorcycle sold goes directly to supporting (RED)'s ongoing initiatives aimed at funding vital healthcare programs and combating preventable diseases worldwide, seamlessly bridging high-end design with social impact.
At the heart of the (RED)800 is an 821cc Ducati Testastretta L-Twin liquid-cooled engine, delivering 110 horsepower and 65.8 ft-lb of torque. The machine is capable of sprinting from 0 to 60 miles per hour in approximately 3.3 seconds, offering race-inspired performance beneath its artistic exterior.

Visually, the motorcycle features custom-sculpted bodywork crafted from raw aluminum into a single, continuous fluid form, completely eliminating external panel seams. The exterior is finished with a custom hand-painted gradient transitioning smoothly from Racing Red into raw, hand-brushed aluminum, ensuring distinct surface variations on every single build.

Additional design details include custom spoked wheels and low-profile tires that complement the unibody aluminum geometry. Low-slung handlebars and rear-set foot controls establish an aggressive, aerodynamic riding posture that reflects Bandit9's signature sculptural approach.
The partnership between Bandit9 and (RED) highlights a growing trend of merging luxury product design with meaningful philanthropic causes. In the bespoke motorcycle industry, ultra-limited production runs of fewer than ten units often drive immense collectible value while allowing creators to push the boundaries of materials and engineering craftsmanship.
