Hosting the Global Wellness Summit 2026 aligns directly with Thailand's strategic pivot toward Value over Volume tourism. By combining traditional medical wisdom, local herbs, and sustainable community resources with luxury wellness standards, Thailand aims to attract high-spending visitors while generating economic impact for local communities across all five regions through curated wellness tourism routes.

TAT will anchor its presence with a dedicated exhibition pavilion titled “Thailand Wellness Journey: The Ultimate Healing Sanctuary,” featuring regional wellness trails. Exhibitors span diverse sectors, including DTAM's traditional herbal displays, TCEB's MICE showcase, local crafts by the Sustainable Tourism Development Foundation, and health innovations from premier institutions such as BDMS Wellness Clinic and Chiva-Som.
