In addition to confirming her eventual arrival, Gunn emphasized his willingness to accommodate actress Margot Robbie, noting that if she wishes to reprise her role in the new continuity, he would go to great lengths to logically explain her presence within the new world he is building.
"If Margot Robbie wants to play here, he'll bend over backwards to explain that in the world."

Gunn's remarks highlight a careful balancing act in managing the DCU reboot—striving to build a fresh, accessible narrative while retaining popular fan-favorite casting choices that defined the previous era. Securing Robbie's return would instantly bridge the gap for longtime fans and provide a massive promotional boost for the burgeoning cinematic universe.
Nevertheless, specific details regarding which upcoming project will feature Harley Quinn's DCU debut or an exact timeline for her appearance have not yet been officially announced by the studio, leaving fans eagerly awaiting further updates.
