Multidisciplinary designer Mustafa Başaran and his studio Gliese Design have unveiled the Ondu Wonderland Collection, emerging from material research into natural balance and geometric proportions. The series introduces 3D-printed table lamps, vases, and candle holders manufactured using sustainable biopolymers and advanced additive layering techniques.
The collection bridges digital precision with fairytale storytelling, drawing directly from the playful surrealism of Lewis Carroll. Each item features ruffled silhouettes reminiscent of Victorian theatrical collars, paired with precise checkerboard bases inspired by traditional chessboards.

Produced through sustainable manufacturing methods, the series proves that high-tech fabrication and environmental mindfulness can coexist. The objects are printed using eco-friendly PLA derived from corn starch and recycled food packaging, alongside post-consumer PETG.
This collection highlights the growing intersection between digital fabrication technologies and sustainable interior design. Utilizing biopolymers in 3D printing allows creators to minimize waste while executing complex, organic geometries that would be challenging or impossible to achieve through conventional manufacturing methods.
Beyond functional utility, the pieces in the Ondu Wonderland Collection act as sculptural storytellers within contemporary living spaces, inviting curiosity through their detailed forms and low-impact material profiles.
The project was shared with media outlets through a design submission platform, spotlighting the creative direction of lead designer Mustafa Başaran and Gliese Design Studio.
