Court Acquits Pinky Savika and Family in Forex-3D Case, Gugee Sentenced to 20 Years
The Criminal Court has acquitted Thai actress Pinky Savika and her family in the Forex-3D Ponzi scheme trial, while sentencing Gugee and former CEO Apirak Korthith to 20 years in prison.

The Criminal Court on Ratchadaphisek Road delivered its verdict on August 13, 2026, during the afternoon session at courtroom 806 regarding the high-profile Forex-3D Ponzi scheme case, registered under black case number Or 853/2564.
- The Criminal Court acquitted Pinky Savika, her mother, and her brother of Forex-3D charges.
- Gugee, girlfriend of actor Prabpadol Suwanbang, received a 20-year prison sentence.
- Former Forex-3D CEO Apirak Korthith was also sentenced to 20 years behind bars.
In the ruling regarding the Chaiyadech family, the court ordered the complete dismissal of charges against three defendants: defendant number 6, Kitticheth Chiaruruthisodern also known as Sarayuth Chaiyadech; defendant number 7, well-known actress Sawika Chaiyadech or Pinky; and defendant number 8, Sarinya Chaiyadech.

The Forex-3D scandal stands as one of the most massive financial fraud cases in Thailand, defrauding thousands of victims and heavily impacting public trust in alternative investments. The stark contrast between the acquittals of certain defendants and heavy prison sentences for others highlights the court's careful evaluation of individual financial flows and direct involvement in the fraudulent operation.
Meanwhile, other figures involved in the scheme faced severe penalties. Defendant number 21, Pakamon Seelun, commonly known as Gugee, who is the ex-wife of Apirak Korthith and current girlfriend of veteran actor Prabpadol Suwanbang, was handed a 20-year prison term.
Furthermore, defendant number 1, Apirak Korthith, the former Chief Executive Officer of Forex-3D, was similarly sentenced by the court to 20 years in prison for his primary role in orchestrating the massive investment fraud network.
