S'CRAFT : Craftsmanship 2026 stems from the royal vision of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother, whose royal duties have been continued by HRH Princess Sirivannavari Nariratana Rajakanya. The initiative aims to elevate traditional Thai craftsmanship in local communities across the country, making them contemporary and globally recognized through exceptional design and craftsmanship.
A major highlight is the VICHIT RATTANA EXCLUSIVE COLLECTOR'S EDITION, comprising four one-of-a-kind boxy bags. These pieces feature exquisite textiles curated from two master weavers: Ajarn Weeratham Trongngen-thai, founder of the Chan Soma gold-brocade silk weaving group in Surin province, and Ajarn Meechai Taesujariya, National Artist for Visual Arts from Baan Kham Poon in Ubon Ratchathani province.

The bags are further enhanced with intricate gold ornaments on the handles, crafted by royal goldsmiths Ajarn Pairoj Suebsam and Ajarn Nipon Yodkampun. The embroidery was meticulously executed by the SIRIVANNAVARI Atelier & Academy, drawing inspiration from historical royal garments of Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother. These include the Thai Siwalai national dress tailored by Pierre Balmain for the state banquet in honor of Queen Elizabeth II at the Chakri Maha Prasat Throne Hall in 1972, as well as evening gowns showcased in the Thai Textiles to the Global Stage exhibition at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris, France. The letter 'S' represents the designer behind the SIRIVANNAVARI brand.
Blending indigenous textile traditions with high fashion in this project not only adds immense value to local Thai fabrics but also generates sustainable income for communities while showcasing cultural heritage to a global audience through modern, wearable designs.
Additionally, the SIAM SOPHIT EDITION collection is crafted from hand-woven fabrics by young artists nationwide who won the royally sponsored fabric and handicraft design contest. Each piece is adorned with hand-embroidery by the SIRIVANNAVARI Atelier & Academy, inspired by the architecture and interior design of eight significant royal throne halls that served as the origins of the eight Royal Thai National Costumes. The collection also features the CHARAT SIAM bag line created from fabrics by the Koh Kerd Arts and Crafts Centre in Ayutthaya province.
