The incident in question took place on June 18, 2026, at 4:10 PM inside Aujung High-End Studio located in Nai Mueang subdistrict, Mueang Khon Kaen district, Khon Kaen province. According to the complaint filed with investigating officers, the victim claimed to have been physically attacked by the suspect through multiple punches to the face and throat throttling. The victim subsequently sought medical treatment at Ratchaphruek Hospital, where medical examinations revealed wounds near the eyebrow and bruising, leading to a formal request to pursue legal action for physical assault.
Under Thai criminal law, a suspect's decision to deny charges during police questioning and reserve their defense for court is a standard legal right. While it does not alter statutory penalties, it requires investigators to rigorously gather physical evidence, medical reports, and witness testimonies to ensure the case file is sufficiently robust before prosecutors decide whether to move forward with formal indictments.
Regarding the investigation progress, police have already interrogated the complainant and three witnesses, and are in the process of summoning additional relevant individuals to ensure all facts and evidence are thoroughly collected. Out of seven company employees designated as witnesses in the case, two have currently given their statements, with another key witness scheduled to be summoned for questioning soon.
