She takes over from her uncle Jeong Jin-man played by Lee Dong-wook, who was long believed to be dead. However, Jin-man's sudden return triggers the brutal assassin syndicate BABYLON to dispatch elite international hitmen for a massive revenge plot, forcing the uncle and niece to launch an offensive to stop the threat.
Lee Dong-wook reprises his role as the former mercenary and founder of Murthehelp to unravel the mystery behind his disappearance, while Kim Hye-jun returns as Ji-an, evolving into a tougher fighter. Lee noted that the emotional depth and action scales are much greater this season, praising the production team for building practical sets instead of relying on CGI.

Utilizing practical sets instead of computer-generated imagery (CGI) in action thrillers enhances realism and helps actors immerse themselves more deeply in high-stakes environments, a premium production approach frequently adopted in modern Korean series.
Kim Hye-jun expressed her excitement over pushing Ji-an's character beyond boundaries, shifting from a fragile state into uncovering her hidden assassin instincts. She highlighted a memorable moment where Jin-man witnesses her growth, mirroring how Lee Dong-wook genuinely felt proud of her acting development on set.
"สเกลของทุกฉากการถ่ายทำในซีซันนี้ยิ่งใหญ่กว่าทุกผลงานที่ผมเคยมีโอกาสร่วมแสดงตลอดเส้นทางการเป็นนักแสดงของผมเลยครับ รายละเอียดของแต่ละฉากถูกสร้างขึ้นอย่างพิถีพิถันจนผมรู้สึกทึ่งทุกครั้งที่เดินเข้าไปในกองถ่าย"
Masaki Okada
The new season also introduces fresh faces from the enemy syndicate BABYLON, led by Hyunri as the cold team leader Q, who dedicated herself to gaining over 5 kilograms of muscle mass for the role. Masaki Okada stars as J, a charming Japanese assassin who expressed utter amazement at the sheer scale of the production.
