On the fifty-sixth floor of Porsche Design Tower Miami, a car might roll out of a glass elevator and park beside its owner's apartment. The sixty-story tower in Sunny Isles Beach was completed in 2017 and built around three Dezervator car lifts developed by Dezer Development, pulling infrastructure usually buried below grade right beside the living room.
While sky garages are not entirely new—with earlier projects like 2011 Eleventh Avenue in New York and Hamilton Scotts in Singapore paving the way—Porsche Design Tower Miami successfully bound an existing spatial concept to an automotive name, making the car-home relationship the building's central identity.

Bentley Residences Miami carries this model into a second tower by the same developer. Scheduled for completion in 2027, the 61-story building uses four Dezervator lifts to bring cars directly to private garages holding up to four vehicles, proving that mechanisms introduced by Porsche have become transferable infrastructure.
The convergence of luxury automotive brands and high-end residential real estate goes beyond mere parking convenience. It represents a strategic brand extension into lifestyle and habitation spaces, adding immense value to luxury developments while redefining parking areas from utilitarian spaces into curated showcases for personal identity and design appreciation.
Porsche Design Tower Bangkok pushes translation much further with its 21-story project in Thonglor. Organized around 22 duplex and quadplex residences, it features a spiral vehicle ramp called The Loop and automated terrace doors inspired by the 911 Targa roof mechanism.
Meanwhile, Pagani Residences in North Bay Village and Aston Martin Residences in Miami adopt tactile, human-scale approaches. They integrate carbon fiber, leather door tabs, and bespoke hardware into residential interiors, turning the house into an expanded field for hypercar cabin textures.

Additionally, Tierra Viva in Benahavís, Spain, brings this concept to detached villas with vehicle lifts connecting residential levels, while Mercedes-Benz Places in Miami and Dubai scale automotive design languages to entire neighborhoods and masterplans even without physical cars entering every room.
