On August 30, 2026, Parit Wacharasindhu, a list-MP and deputy leader of the People's Party, posted on Facebook to contest the clarification made by Prime Minister's Office Minister Naphinthorn Sriphanpawong regarding the Senate collusion allegations, stating he found three critical new angles.
The first point raised by Parit concerns witnesses present in Naphinthorn's office when he served as Deputy Minister of Commerce between June 24-25, 2024. Although around eight witnesses came forward to support Naphinthorn's defense, Parit discovered that several of them are closely linked to the Senate rigging allegations or work intimately with Naphinthorn.
One notable witness mentioned is Withi Suphithak, who holds the status of a reserve senator and is among the 229 individuals accused, necessitating careful scrutiny of their testimonies
