During their early collaborative years, Pele worked as a One Man Crew producer, handling filming and editing entirely on his own, while Ray served as the adventurous host. Traveling in an era before Google Map, relying only on Lonely Planet guidebooks and a working style of "The Plan is no Plan," became an iconic identity that captivated viewers.

Additionally, Pele unveiled two secrets that Ray never knew during his lifetime. The first secret was that Pele initially opposed making the TT Rider show because he lost his mother in a motorcycle accident at the age of 15 and had promised his father never to touch motorcycles again out of fear of loss. However, he ultimately broke that inner promise so as not to hinder his friend's traveling dream.
