On September 3, 2026, at the Sappaya-Sapasathan Thai Parliament Bangkok, Rangsiman Rome, list-MP and deputy leader of the People's Party in his capacity as chairman of the House Committee on Legal Affairs, Justice and Human Rights, addressed the media following a committee meeting regarding legal proceedings concerning a 40 million baht bribery offer linked to online gambling suppression.
Rangsiman stated that the committee discussed the matter and resolved to exercise its authority to summon Digital Economy and Society Minister Chaihanok Chidchob and Worasit to provide testimony and clarify the facts on September 17.
