Following criticism from People's Party list MP Rakchanok Srinork regarding the mobile Cabinet meeting and questions over the government's absence from the three deep southern provinces on Sept 4, 2026, a government official has stepped forward to clarify the situation with concrete facts.
Deputy Interior Minister Worawisit Liengprasert responded to the criticism by stating that evaluations of government field trips should be based on actual facts and hard work rather than simply focusing on which province hosts the official mobile cabinet meetings. He reaffirmed the administration's genuine commitment to visiting and inspecting high-risk areas.

To substantiate his claims, Worawisit released photographic evidence from August 30, 2026. He noted that at 10:00 PM on that night, Minister of Digital Economy and Society Chaiwech Chidchok, along with Jasetsad Thaiset and himself as Deputy Interior Minister, personally traveled to Pattani and Yala provinces.
