DeWalt Cordless Miter Saw Is $200 Off for Labor Day

Labor Day sales have officially kicked off and run through Monday, September 7, with retailers like Home Depot, Best Buy, Lowe's, Wayfair, and Target offering promotions. Amid these holiday discounts, Lifehacker highlighted a major deal on the DeWalt cordless miter saw, which is currently marked down by $200.

Built by a trusted brand in corded and cordless carpentry tools, the DeWalt 20-volt cordless compound miter saw features a 12-inch cutting surface. This allows users to cut pressure-treated lumber up to a four-by-four or molding as wide as 12 inches. It also includes a dust collection bag to capture sawdust and maintain air quality, alongside regenerative braking technology that recaptures blade-slowing energy to power the battery.

Using a standard 20-volt, 8-amp-hour battery, the saw can achieve up to 153 cuts in a four-by-four or 371 cuts in lighter materials like MDF molding. For typical home improvement projects, this means users likely will not need to recharge until wrapping up work for the day.
