For the first benefit, the government subsidizes 40% of the actual room rate, capped at a maximum of 1,500 Baht per night according to the project's limits. The second benefit provides a spending allowance for food, tourist site admissions, and participating stores, up to 2,000 Baht throughout the project duration, which is credited daily via the Paotang application after checking into the accommodation.

However, participants must strictly adhere to critical warnings. Behaviors such as trading rights for cash, booking on behalf of others, or scanning coupons without actually staying at the hotel are considered severe violations under current inspection measures.
Integrating AI technology and GPS location tracking with the Paotang application demonstrates the government's rigorous anti-fraud measures. This setup effectively prevents identity misuse and legal loopholes, allowing the system to detect irregularities swiftly and accurately.
The backend system of the Paotang app connects GPS coordinates and transaction behaviors. If anomalies are detected, such as scanning payments far from the user's actual location or circular money transfers between users and operators, rights will be immediately suspended, risking criminal prosecution and a retroactive blacklist record.
Another crucial detail is the Blackout Period from December 15, 2026, to January 15, 2027, designed to distribute tourism to off-peak seasons and reduce congestion. Traveling during this window means discount systems and project E-Coupons cannot be applied.

Additionally, walking up to hotel counters without prior system booking is prohibited, as verification and the remaining 60% payment must be completed via Paotang beforehand. New applicants with incomplete KYC verification, such as failed facial scans or outdated ID data, will not receive E-Vouchers and will lose their trip rights.
