Arsenal are open to the possibility of allowing teenage prodigy Max Dowman to leave the club on a temporary loan deal if such a move contributes positively to his ongoing football development.
Last season, the 16-year-old etched his name into the record books by becoming the youngest player ever to score in Premier League history and for the Gunners. Although he has yet to feature in the English top flight this term, he marked his first appearance of the campaign with two goals during Arsenal's 4-2 victory away at Ipswich in the Carabao Cup on Tuesday.

Manager Mikel Arteta emphasized his desire to keep the youngster involved with the senior squad while clarifying that the club will regularly review what benefits Dowman most. Decisions will rely on various factors, including individual player needs, squad availability, and the quantity and quality of playing minutes.
"We will evaluate every six months where we are and what is the best thing for him to do and then make the right decision,"
Dowman, who completed his GCSE examinations over the summer, will become eligible for a loan move upon turning 17 on December 31. The winter transfer window opens the very next day, and League One side Luton, managed by former Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere, is believed to be tracking the youngster for a potential loan swoop.
