The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has successfully concluded the “Thai T’Reasures by Amazing Thailand” event, held from September 18 to 20, 2026, at River Park, ICONSIAM. The three-day showcase transformed Thai textiles, jewellery, craftsmanship, and local wisdom into contemporary fashion experiences that linked visitors directly with the communities and destinations behind Thailand's cultural assets.
Mr. Nat Kruthasoot, TAT Deputy Governor for Tourism Products and Business, noted that fashion can transform Thai identity into travel inspiration, allowing visitors to discover not only creative outputs but also the stories, creators, and origins behind them.

Presented under the “Fashion Thai The” concept, the event brought together established and emerging designers, artists, entrepreneurs, and students. The opening day featured a Grand Opening Performance and T-POP Show alongside a major runway showcase highlighting eight Thai designer brands—KLOSET, JANESUDA, Painkiller Atelier, RAPEE, Maison Wonder Anatomie, SANGBOON, THITHA, and Made by Hotcake—alongside ICONCRAFT and Thai gems.
TAT's strategic push into "Fashion Tourism" in 2026 underscores a broader global effort to leverage local soft power assets, such as traditional textiles and craftsmanship. By translating cultural heritage into contemporary designer collections, Thailand creates high-value experiential tourism products that encourage travelers to visit regional artisan communities directly.
The second day showcased presentations by Warinnaya, Marionsiam, and Clothear, accompanied by ONE31 performers, while the final day spotlighted the next generation of fashion design students from Thammasat University, Silpakorn University, Srinakharinwirot University, and regional institutions alongside live music performances.
Special collaborative prototypes featured during the event included:
- RAVIPA presenting Naga jewellery under the "Faith to Fashion" concept linking spiritual tourism.
- PREMIUM POPS × TRK introducing multifunctional textile and headwear under "Art to Journey."
- THITHA showcasing a dress made from discarded silkworm cocoon shells under "Waste to Worth."
"Fashion can turn Thai identity into an inspiration to travel."
