Under this extension, the total financial support amounts to 1,000 Baht, distributed to eligible recipients at a rate of 500 Baht per month. The funding operates under the Emergency Decree Empowering the Ministry of Finance to Borrow Loans to Solve, Mitigate, and Remedy Problems Affected by the Energy Crisis and Energy Transition B.E. 2069.
In addition, the Cabinet approved supplementary measures for the 2026 state welfare registration project, providing an extra 1,000 Baht per month to qualified applicants during October 2026 to further bolster financial relief.
