Thai singer and musician Max Jenmana recently shared a candid look into his personal wellness journey, explaining that his wake-up call came after overworking his body during his 20s. Physical signs such as skin blemishes, freckles, and dark spots began to emerge, prompting him to pivot from relying entirely on past health to actively applying skincare products, taking vitamins, and prioritizing quality sleep.
The artist admitted that he now tries to rest as much as possible, noting that getting only six to seven hours of sleep feels far too short for him. Addressing comments from people who say he looks remarkably young, Max attributes part of it to his hairstyle. He also expressed a strong desire to build a toned, healthy physique and establish strict self-discipline, adding that missing a workout leaves him feeling unsettled.

Discussing the broader lifestyle within the music industry, Max observed that contemporary artists and producers take significantly better care of their health compared to previous generations. Rather than following old habits, some artists now wake up early in the morning to meditate and brainstorm, which often yields better creative results. Furthermore, many choose to abstain entirely from alcohol during concert tours, while smoking has also steadily declined among musicians.
This shift in the daily habits of modern musicians reflects a broader global wellness culture taking root within the entertainment industry. Moving away from the high-octane party lifestyle of decades past toward mindfulness and physical care not only extends an artist's career longevity but also sets a positive, influential example for younger fans.
Max also described the notably health-conscious atmosphere he experienced while working on a film set alongside fellow industry peers such as Ji Sutthirak, Mos, Bright Vachirawit, and Big. He noted that everyone on set was genuinely committed to looking after their physical well-being. For instance, Bright successfully quit smoking cold turkey and demonstrated exceptional self-discipline, inspiring Max to continue his own ongoing battle to quit smoking despite the lingering temptations present in the music industry's social environment.
"When a musician like myself steps into that environment, you can immediately feel how health-conscious the film set is. Everyone is genuinely dedicated to taking care of their bodies. Bright, for example, managed to quit smoking cold turkey and has incredible self-discipline. As for myself, I am still fighting hard to quit, even though the social environment of the music scene still offers plenty of temptations that test your willpower."

Concluding with a strong stance, Max addressed a recent social media controversy in which internet users criticized women aged 35 and older as looking aged. He quickly stepped up to defend women, offering a deeply reflective perspective on how beauty evolves across different stages of life.
"I get really worked up over this issue. Women between 20 and 35 are like newly blossoming flowers, which is adorable in its own way. But once they reach 35, it is a stage of full bloom—beautiful just as they are, wise, composed, and self-reliant. Age 35 is the period of life where you get to be most fully yourself. Women of any age are beautiful in their own unique way. I'm not worried about these online dramas at all because social media and real life are completely different."
