Political tensions escalated at the Government Complex on Chaeng Watthana Road, Bangkok, as the Students and People Network for Thailand Reform (CPT) and their supporters gathered in front of the Election Commission (EC) office. Demonstrators parked a six-wheel sound truck outside the building to voice their criticism against the commission's handling of election cases since the morning of September 25, 2026.
By 10:00 AM, key movement leaders arrived at the site to join the crowd, including Sondhi Limthongkul, former leader of the People's Alliance for Democracy (PAD); Panthep Puapongpan, chairman of the Earth Guard Foundation; Nitithorn Lumlue, leader of the Thai People's group; Pichit Chaimongkol, CPT leader; and Nasser Yeemah, alongside other civic network representatives to submit formal accusations against the EC board members.

Security around the EC office was heavily reinforced. Police officers from the Thung Song Hong station, both in and out of uniform, were deployed to maintain public order and manage traffic flow around the premises to ensure safety amidst the gathering crowd.
