Following the announcement of several new features for Meta’s Muse AI app at its Connect 2026 developer conference this week, the company is now accepting requests for early access. Meta shared on Friday that users can ask Muse to add them to the list to try out the latest capabilities ahead of everyone else.
Meta posted a link to a prompt on X which, when shared with Muse, automatically logs the user's interest in joining the company's early access program.

Targeting dedicated AI enthusiasts instead of relying on traditional randomized A/B testing allows Meta to tap into power users who actively test multiple AI tools and understand market nuances. This approach provides targeted feedback that can accelerate product refinement and help Meta maintain a competitive edge in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
As for what the new features entail, Meta previously teased several updates at Connect. These include the launch of a digital avatar for Muse capable of video chatting, numerous shopping partnerships and connectors, and an expansion of the Muse Mac app, which will soon assist users in completing various computer tasks.
Additionally, the company announced that Muse will be integrated into Meta's lineup of AI glasses, enabling users to interact with the assistant simply by speaking a wake word followed by a command.
