The Ministry of Transport has stepped up flood relief operations under the direction of Transport Minister Pipat Ratchakitprakarn, who ordered the immediate establishment of the Emergency Flood Operations Center, known as the "ศอฉ.คค." War Room, to coordinate disaster response efforts around the clock.
This central command unit integrates data and resources across all transport sectors—including road, rail, water, and air networks—ensuring rapid and systematic assistance for affected citizens. The primary objective is to guarantee that residents in flooded areas remain connected to vital transportation infrastructure.

Deputy Government Spokeswoman Ploythalay Laksameesangchan detailed the ongoing measures implemented by the government and the Ministry of Transport to alleviate public hardship, which include the following key initiatives:
- The Bangkok Mass Transit Authority (BMTA) has mobilized a fleet of 2,883 buses to transport commuters in flooded zones.
- The Department of Rural Roads (DRR) has deployed high-clearance trucks to navigate submerged roadways.
- Water and air rescue assets, including flat-bottom boats and jet skis, are fully prepared to reach inaccessible areas.
