However, he clarified that the sole purpose of the journey was to enjoy a holiday with his family, completely denying any political motivations behind the trip.
Furthermore, Captain Thamanat dismissed allegations suggesting he traveled abroad to meet with Thaksin Shinawatra. He emphasized his straightforward nature, stating that he has no inclination to sneak around and sees no necessity to cross continents in secret.
"I probably don't need to swear an oath anywhere. Just checking his travel schedule would show that he didn't travel to Monaco."
