PTT Public Company Limited has officially informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand about a key executive transition, announcing the appointment of Chanamas Sasnanand as the new Chief Financial Officer, holding the highest responsibility in the accounting and finance division.
The appointment is scheduled to take effect officially on October 1, 2026. She will succeed Phatralada Sangasah, whose current term in the executive position ends on September 30, 2026.

Chanamas Sasnanand is an experienced financial executive with a deep background within the PTT Group. Prior to this new corporate role, she served as the Senior Executive Vice President of Finance and Accounting at PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited, or PTTEP.
Regarding the leadership change at PTTEP, the company also reported to the SET that following Chanamas's departure on September 30, 2026, Sermsak Sajjawanitkul will step in as the acting holder of the same position, effective starting October 1, 2026.
Executive rotations and CFO appointments within large conglomerates like PTT highlight a systematic succession planning strategy. This ensures that financial management and investment operations within the group continue seamlessly amidst global economic challenges and ongoing energy transitions.
Reviewing her professional journey, Chanamas previously served as the Assistant Managing Director of Corporate Finance Strategy and Administration at PTT from 2021 to 2023. She then moved on to serve as Senior Executive Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Thai Oil Public Company Limited from 2023 to 2024, before taking over her role at PTTEP on October 1, 2027.
In terms of her academic background, Chanamas earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Chulalongkorn University and pursued her Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of South Carolina in the United States.
