Thai actress Chingching Kharittha has recently opened up about her joyful lifestyle, revealing that she spends almost every weekend traveling and helping take care of her niece, whose boundless energy keeps the entire family active and entertained.
Chingching shared that her niece has an incredible amount of energy and constantly invites her mother and aunt to join in on various activities. During a recent trip to Hua Hin, the group spent all day swimming in the pool after every meal, joking that their arms were starting to develop muscles from all the swimming.
Engaging with high-energy children often acts as a natural catalyst for adults with sedentary lifestyles to get moving and try unfamiliar activities. This dynamic highlights how familial bonds and childcare responsibilities can positively influence personal habits, such as sleep patterns and physical activity, without feeling like a chore.
The adventurous aunt and niece duo also frequent places like Disneyland and Disney on Ice, turning days that would typically be spent resting at home into active outings. Chingching noted that keeping up with her niece has naturally improved her sleep quality, as she now goes to bed earlier to be ready for the little girl's morning greetings.
Discussing her thoughts on having a family of her own in the future, Chingching views this experience as good practice for babysitting, though she admits to having some anxieties about raising a child in today's society. For now, spending weekends with her niece brings her immense joy and provides a supportive family environment where grandparents and relatives pitch in.

On the health front, Chingching provided an update after previously being restricted from air travel. She shared the good news that she can now fly comfortably again. Although her first few flights back involved a sharp, sinking pain during takeoff—likely because the pleural membrane treated with thermal procedures was still healing—subsequent flights have been completely fine.
Despite her recovery, doctors have explicitly advised that she will not be able to go scuba diving for the rest of her life due to her lung condition. Nevertheless, she is thrilled to be back on airplanes and enjoying her travels after spending so much of her past time exclusively focused on work.
