On the same day, the team deployed the raft directly into the Lat Krabang district, one of the areas currently severely impacted by stagnant floodwaters. The raft served as a primary vessel to navigate through deep floods and distribute food supplies, drinking water, and essential goods to residents still staying in their flooded homes.
The introduction of the floating rescue raft highlights the practical application of modular floating equipment to address localized crisis management. Such innovations offer high flexibility and lower production costs compared to conventional heavy rescue boats, enabling local teams to rapidly assemble and deploy them during flash floods.
