On October 4, 2026, Labour Minister and Pheu Thai Party Leader Chulaphan Amornvivat, accompanied by party-list MPs Thongtham Wechayachai, Nattadhida Thepsuthin, along with Surachart Thienthong and Wisaradee Techaratrawat, traveled to inspect the flood situation at the Kheha Rom Klao community in Lat Krabang district, Bangkok, immediately after completing flood relief operations in Chachoengsao province.
This visit involved close coordination with Dr. Theerarat Samrejvanich, Deputy Leader of the Pheu Thai Party, who has been persistently monitoring conditions and delivering aid in Lat Krabang. Field inspections, operational reports, and feedback from local residents revealed that persistent floodwaters severely damaged homes and transportation routes.
The inundation directly disrupted the daily lives and commutes of local working-class citizens, adding burdens to their travel expenses and commuting time. Consequently, the team mobilized survival bags and essential consumer goods to urgently alleviate the immediate distress of disaster victims in the area.

Integrating the Traffy Fondue platform with the mobile repair center during a flooding crisis demonstrates an innovative civic tech application in disaster management, bridging citizen complaints with rapid grassroots technical assistance for water-damaged household appliances.
Mr. Chulaphan further stated that to reduce financial burdens and accelerate the restoration of normal living conditions, the Pheu Thai Party is promoting the services of the 'Suk Repair Center,' which provides free inspection and repair services for electrical appliances and motorcycles damaged by the floods, coordinated through the Traffy Fondue system.
