On July 30, 2026, at 08:10 AM at Government House, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Anutin Charnvirakul, acting as the leader of the Bhumjaithai Party, addressed media inquiries regarding Supachai Jaismut, a party-list MP and head of Bhumjaithai's legal team, who called on the Election Commission (EC) to investigate whether a banquet held by the People's Senators group constitutes an illegal senate collusion.
Anutin stated that Supachai's actions fall squarely under his responsibilities as the legal representative of the Bhumjaithai Party. When asked if this constituted an official approval to proceed with legal actions, the Prime Minister confirmed that it is indeed Supachai's duty to establish justice.
