He stated that the Secretary-General to the Prime Minister has officially written to the agency, urging them to clarify the facts surrounding the summoning of NBTC Chairman Air Vice Marshal Dr. Sorat Bunbaikepruch.
The primary concern raised by the government is whether this meeting could potentially conflict with or violate previous rulings and injunctions issued by the administrative court, as internal governance within the telecommunications regulatory body remains under strict legal scrutiny

The intervention by the executive branch through the Secretariat of the Prime Minister highlights growing concerns over regulatory governance and compliance with administrative court orders. If any summoned meetings or administrative actions are found to contravene court directives, it could directly impact the legal validity of decisions made during such proceedings.
Mr. Anutin added that the administration is currently awaiting a formal response from the NBTC to determine the next appropriate steps regarding executive oversight and the rule of law.
