Rangsiman's Ally Files NACC Probe Against Chaiyanok

At 9:00 AM on September 1, 2026, Ms. Rachanak Srinork, a party-list MP from the People's Party, accompanied by Mr. Teerachat Kotrakul, an advisor to the House Committee on Budget Monitoring, submitted formal evidence to the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC). The filing requests an official investigation into the transparency of the TH-AI Passport project.

The petition names several key figures under scrutiny, including Mr. Chaiyanok Chidchob, the Minister of Digital Economy and Society, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, the Secretary-General of the Office of the National Digital Economy and Society Commission, the chairperson of the TOR drafting committee, and relevant representatives from private firms.
