The United Thai Nation (UTN) Party released an official statement via its Facebook page on September 14, outlining its firm stance against the recent resolution by the Election Commission (EC) regarding fraud in the senator selection process, criticizing the decision to take legal action against only a select few of the accused individuals.
According to the party's statement, the UTN strictly rejects all forms of corruption in acquiring state power, including vote buying, financial incentives, and organized maneuvers to manipulate the Senate election. The party argued that such misconduct severely undermines political integrity and damages public trust in political institutions as well as the reputation of the EC as an independent body.

In light of the EC's decision to forward only a limited number of cases to the Supreme Court’s Election Cases Division, the UTN has demanded that the commission take action against all individuals implicated by evidence, ensuring everyone enters the justice system under identical standards to maintain fairness and transparency.
